Good morning!
AMPS 128 shooting 3.0s
I realized that I have been shooting a skinny 3.0u for a couple of days due to being really busy during the day and desperately needing sleep at night. So I'm amending his ss to reflect some skinny shots.

This morning was supposed to be sunny but it's not  Nothing worthwhile at the ponds but lots to do here so I came home early. On the agenda for this afternoon....grouting the laundry room. Hopefully won't take too long.

Today's photo is the Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker, taken a couple of weeks ago. They have moved on now; haven't seen one for several days.

Hi Judy, it looks like Deputy Boomer is getting ready to patrol the lagoon later today. Go Boomer!
The only birds we have at our feeders these days are 5 Chickadees (but we have lots of chipmunks climbing around on them!). I wonder what kind of winter this will be. FeederWatch starts on 9 November.
Happy Cat Day, Boomer!

Hi Ella! I have more birds in my backyard than there were at the ponds today! Chickadees, nuthatches, a pair of Red-Bellied Woodpeckers, Downy Woodpeckers, Doves, Cardinals, Blue Jays and of course Sparrows. I should have stayed at home:rolleyes:

Lucky you! A Nuthatch visits my feeders occasionally, but aside from the Chickadees, no regular visitors, not even the Blue Jays (which are around). Cardinals hung around last winter, but I haven't seen them in about a month. I'm going to put out a suet feeder when the weather gets colder in the hopes of attracting woodpeckers (and keep them from pecking on the house).

Boomer had a nice day today! I wish he'd encourage Luci to get her little fuzzy butt into gear too.. She's spending too much time at the beach bar!

Nice photo of the yellow belly. I don't think I've ever seen one of those...we just get to oggle the sand hill cranes every day...one was standing almost at the front door tonight...they're getting bolder every day!

Nice that the tile is moving along so well! Have a wonderful evening Judy!
