So far, 3 P's in place (both LB, and preening).

I'll be visiting Jr. Mint again today, and hopefully by the time I get there, he would've had something to eat, and the catheter will be out. Also hopefully, he'll have urinated on his own, too. I'm looking forward to seeing my baby boy again.

She's dropping nicely. That's a 98 point drop since AMPS. So far, so good.

I'm hoping that he'll be feeling better today, too. I'll keep you posted.

Pat, I'll be giving Jr. Mint a lot of loving today. Hopefully, he'll do the happy feeting again while I'm there, and perhaps he'll have eaten more food overnight. I want to bring him home as soon as he's able to leave. Possibly tomorrow, but won't know that for sure until today.

Thank you for the compliments with regards to Blackie's #'s. :) She's doing well on the 4.0u. :) She was on 4.25 for about 11.5 days. Perhaps she won't take nearly as long to get off this dose, and go lower for us. :) We'll see. :)

+4 87 - 2 chicken bites given; SHE PLAYED AGAIN!!!! It was for about 5 mins, but I'll take it! That's twice now in 4 days. :)

She's dropped another 93 points between +2 and now. Time to monitor more closely. Perhaps another decrease is in order today? Is that possible?

Figures... I'm seeing a pattern with her, especially lately. LOL EVERYtime I need to go out, especially if I have to go to the store for something, she's dropping. I don't mind it one bit, though. I know that I can bring her back up. I swear she's got it in for me, though. LOL Lil bugger. :)

I wonder if the vet will allow me to feed Jr. Mint a couple of boiled chicken bites as a treat? It's something from home that he'll remember, and I'm sure, appreciate.

I think she'll surf the rest of the day now. :) (crossing fingers)

I just checked with the vet about bringing some boiled chicken pieces up for him, and she said it was fine. I figured something from home... Something familiar... will help him.
