AMPS was a little higher than I wanted to today. Was hoping he would stop bouncing.

No gooey poo for a couple of days now.

I finally found some Rawz Rabbit in Canada! In Ontario....so bought some and having it shipped here. Hope to get that in a couple of days. He loves the NV rabbit and hope he likes this one too.

Well, my S.A.C got a little skinner. He just will not gain weight! There is nothing we can do about that. He is eating, his poops are better, I have upped the B12 for absorption. IBD sucks.

Thank you Carla and Bellasmom. The prayers are definitely needed. Jopnes needs a miracle to turn this around.

Tracey please forgive me for not remembering, but have you tried Slippery Elm Bark?

Yes. He was on it for quite a while and it seemed to help for a while. We stopped a bunch of meds and supplements lately to see what was what. I am beginning to think the pancreatitis along with the IBD is a losing battle...we are just seeing a bunch of nutrients just going straight through the system.

Have you tried the Pancreas Booster from PetAlive? It helps support the pancreas and kitties that have chronic pancreatitis are helped with it. I give it to Bubba daily, twice a day and to Forrest.

Sending prayers for Jonesy, IBD is a nightmare indeed...
Have you tried Entero-chronic? If I am not mistaken, they have it in Canada (I can also find it in Spain). It comes in powder form.
It helped Porto when he had gooey poo but also, when I wrote the company for details, they said it also helps with secondary intestinal inflammation, including close by organs, like pancreas. And is ok for Diabetes, that was my initial doubt when using it but it helped Porto at the time and the numbers stayed constant during use.
We are both sending a lot of healing vibes to Jonesy, he has been in my thoughts a lot while absent, whishing you both the very best!!

I wonder why so many kitties have IBD/pancreatitis? Its got to be food related in some way. Thoughts?

Yes, it's awful. Though not conclusively diagnosed despite LOTS of tests and LOTS of $$$$, I believe that Tiny's big sister, Cookie, has it...vomiting, diarrhea, no appetite. We just started her on SEB today, because the meds she's no longer on just masked the issue. The minute she was off of them, back to all the symptoms.
