Green yesterday

Well, look at our guy! :mrgreen: He's doing fine this morning. Appy is ok but he's had a little trouble getting around, maybe a glitch in his right rear leg. More observation will be required by the ever diligent beans. He did a little yard patrol and it now napping on the bed. Unfortunately, the night duty bean is up early for a conference call with a colleague in Germany.

OT: Tillie is so-so. Appy is lousy. The UTI treats that she liked yesterday are now poison. :roll: She did eat a little freeze dried chicken on some chicken frick-a-zee. Anne is going to see if she can get her to eat a pill pocket with cypro. Paws crossed. Tillie seems to feel better if she gets some cypro, besides having a better appy.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Congrats to Melissa on finishing her race. Happy Monday, LL!

Go Zener. :mrgreen: I hope he surfs safely today. I hate it when one day they like something and the next day they turn their nose up at it. I hope Tillie's appy gets better. Continuing to send prayers for Tillie.

Sympathies to Anne on the early morning call. I used to work at a company with offices around the world. I do NOT miss those early morning calls.

A lovely green cycle for the mighty Z, a one drop shave reducie taken this morning. He seems to be feeling pretty good these days, and we are happy to see him feeling like playing with his toys! All 5 Ps in place today.

@Ella & Rusty - we sure wish Tillie was feeling better, she did not go out for rodent TV tonight, but it is cold and very windy.

@carla - thanks for the prayers and good wishes for our Tillie Tooter.

@Wendy & Neko - Zener loves his green outfit, and he looks good in blue too! Thanks for the snowflakes for Tillie, we wish we could get her feeling better. Snow in our forecast with a definite shift to winter, but no accumulation predicted at our altitude.

@Ann & Tess - he does love surprises! Our vet faxed a copy of the prescription to the online pharmacy after all. We think there is some lack of communication among some of the front office staff. No more tablets were available but we are getting the prednisolone compounded, should be here in two days.

@Amy & TrixieCat - Zener loves it when his LL aunties admire his handsomeness. Thanks for the vines for Tillie.

@Josie & Ripley - it was a lovely green morning - almost three full green cycles in a row! Thanks for the vines for Tillie, we can sure use all the help we can get.

Thanks to everyone for the prayers, vines and snowflakes for our Queen of Everything. Tillie still seems punk, though we are able to get her to eat with cypro. She mostly sleeps in her favorite spots, goes out in the backyard a little but in general seems like she just doesn't feel good. She is peeing and pooing and doesn't seem to strain or be in pain when she uses the LB. She will have been off the AB for a week on Wednesday. We have her on cerenia for GI inflammation/pain and d-mannose for the urinary tract support. We were unable to get prednisolone tablets, but are getting compounded prednisolone in capsule format from an online pharmacy (thrivingpets.com). It should arrive on Wednesday. We'll see how a trial of that goes. Our regular vet will be back later this week, so if we don't see some change on the prednisone, we will get Tillie to see her next week - though so far nothing remarkable on bloodwork, C & S or ultrasound.

Poor beans are worried and feel a little helpless. It's been one of those Mondays...
