Hi Everyone,
What an eventful night last night! My Mets lost the game (in the 14th inning), but I have high hopes for them to do well in the remaining games. Rusty, home from the party, was meowing and meowing for me to go up to bed because it was well past his bedtime! When I tested him, I could see why the fuss: he was at 44! (he had plenty of food to eat, but just didn't want to eat, or forgot to eat). I had shot the old dose at PMPS because of the bounce. So this morning he got his reduction: down a drop to what I am calling a "straight" 0.5Unit (0.90mm on the digital calipers, Terumo syringe). We'll see if he can hold it. We have been at this dose before, but always have had to go back up.

We are getting the remnants of Hurricane Patricia. Very windy (almost gale-force winds) and heavy rain. I hope we don't lose any trees. Fortunately most of the deciduous trees have dropped their leaves.

Wishing all a good day. Stay safe in the stormy weather. Sending healing vines to all in need,
Ella & Rusty

Yo Kitties,
What a great party we had! I know you probably got home really late and that your beans were worried about you, but you can tell them that it was worth it. We have another BIG party this week: HALLOWEEN--Saturday night!! Emma is going to be the host and it will be in THE DUNES. Halloween is the time of the year when the "veil" is thinnest. We'll be able to clearly see and talk with our GAs--even better than last night. Start to plan your costumes! I'm already working on some "traditional" Halloween fuds for the feast.

Congrats on the reducie. I can just see Rusty trying to figure out why you weren't in bed yet. I think the Mets will do better tonight. I hope the wind doens't cause any problems with your trees.

Go Rusty! Congrats on the reducie. I hope it sticks this time :D:D:D

The rain has been hitting us as well here. Good thing about living in the city though, the buildings block most of the wind from our patio so we rarely have to worry about bringing things in. Hope the trees hold up for you!

Congrats on the reducie. Paws crossed he holds it this time.

I'll still root for the Mets - I like comeback stories.

Morning Ella :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Sorry I missed you yesterday... My comp has gone kaput for a bit, so I'm borrowing time and a comp when I can find one.

Congrats on the reducie! Too funny in a way how Rusty had fuds, but chose not to eat it. Mannie did that to me on a few occasions too. Silly cats. BG's certainly have been good lately Rusty, keep on surfin' the lagoon, but safely, 'K?

Oh my on the weather! I had wonder if the hurricane leftovers had affected you. Nice that the trees had dropped their leaves. The last big storm we had the trees hadn't, and that caused so many problems for so many, for a long time too. I will hope all is well there today.

Rusty! Excellent job on the Full moon party. Emma certainly has proven to be the best kitty bus driver, Tess taught her well. Bug and Lola say the catering business out of the bus had gone really well, and they can't wait for Halloween. :) They are working on some awesome ghoulish pizza...:cool:
Ella, it was so nice to read the Full Moon party condo, and see how many beans and furkids were on board for it all. I so hope the traditions of old can prevail, and these beans can have some fun, some relief from the stresses involved with a sugar cat. it was such a great read for me. YaHOO!

Rusty! DUDE! We are SO READY! Bring on Halloween!!!!:cool::cool::cool:And to be at the DUNES! Elsa told us stories from when Mannie took her, so we are very very excited! I so hope Emma still has the dune buggies... :woot::woot::woot: See ya for the planning party! ~~ Vanessa, Lola and Bug

At least last night's game wasn't a nail bitter like the first game. Still, c'mon Mets!

Hold your reduction Rusty. Gotta be in fine shape for the weekend's activities.
