Hi Everyone,
What an eventful night last night! My Mets lost the game (in the 14th inning), but I have high hopes for them to do well in the remaining games. Rusty, home from the party, was meowing and meowing for me to go up to bed because it was well past his bedtime! When I tested him, I could see why the fuss: he was at 44! (he had plenty of food to eat, but just didn't want to eat, or forgot to eat). I had shot the old dose at PMPS because of the bounce. So this morning he got his reduction: down a drop to what I am calling a "straight" 0.5Unit (0.90mm on the digital calipers, Terumo syringe). We'll see if he can hold it. We have been at this dose before, but always have had to go back up.
We are getting the remnants of Hurricane Patricia. Very windy (almost gale-force winds) and heavy rain. I hope we don't lose any trees. Fortunately most of the deciduous trees have dropped their leaves.
Wishing all a good day. Stay safe in the stormy weather. Sending healing vines to all in need,
Ella & Rusty
Yo Kitties,
What a great party we had! I know you probably got home really late and that your beans were worried about you, but you can tell them that it was worth it. We have another BIG party this week: HALLOWEEN--Saturday night!! Emma is going to be the host and it will be in THE DUNES. Halloween is the time of the year when the "veil" is thinnest. We'll be able to clearly see and talk with our GAs--even better than last night. Start to plan your costumes! I'm already working on some "traditional" Halloween fuds for the feast.
