WCR: Mr Tinkles is happy and healthy and mostly GREEN. All Ps in place. He has apparently decided that 3:30AM is the perfect time to stalk, "kill" his toy bird and announce his success to the whole house until someone (me, of course!) acknowledges his conquest. Who needs sleep anyway, right? ;-) I can't get mad at him, he's so darn cute!
Tinkles had a week of normal numbers, and the pen reached 31 days, so I had to make a decision....either open a new pen, or start an OTJ trial. I know some people use their pens for longer, but we have never been able to get more than 31 days (if that long!) of consistent action from a pen, so IMHO, this pen is toast. Since he clearly is able to bring his own BG down, I decided to attempt the trial. The blue numbers are making me a little nervous, but we'll see how it goes....that's why we call it a trial, right?
Thank you for the well wishes and vines for Angel. Unfortunately, I helped her cross the bridge on 10/25....it was time. She was so sick, poor baby....FIP sucks. :cry: She was very loved, and our household is grieving her loss.
It SNOWED last night, 2 inches on the ground (but thankfully not on the roads).....and it's only OCTOBER! :? I'm not liking the prediction for a Nor'easter tomorrow, we are supposed to see even more snow, and I'm thinking we will lose power....it's beautiful where I live, but it is rural and there are a LOT of trees with the leaves still on them. :shock: If I have power, I plan to spend some serious time catching up and visiting condos. I'm sorry I have not had time to visit condos and post a daily condo, I'm on the road a lot and have to peek in here and there when I have a few minutes (and internet access).
