Well, I'm pretty irritated right now. I don't even know what our last good dose was. 12u? 13u? No lie...I have an itchy trigger finger right now. I am trying to be patient, but I'm having a difficult time with that. Talk me down...

OK, Suzanne. I usually reserve this phrase for kitties, but, hey, if you want....

OK, my job here is done. Have a good night!

(and thanks for the wisdom last night during Polly's goofy)

I'd give him one more cycle tomorrow morning at the current dose then go up to 12U tomorrow night if you don't see action. I hope the threat does it, if not then you get to scratch the itch.

I'd even toy with 13u, just to get on top of things. I'm thinking that because you had 4 days of doses that were 12-14u and that seemed to put him into solid green. But whatever dose you choose, i'd definitely go up. I recall Libby saying that she learned with Jazzy, who had acro, that at the first sign of yellow she had to increase to get on top of things.

With Ozy, I had to do sudden boosts in dosage to bring him down. So I would boost his insulin a lot for one cycle and then back off. Does that work for Cobb?

BUT don't make your own life miserable. Wait till you can test him at night and get some sleep during your work week.
