Wondering if you need to go up to 0.5U.

Her patterns seem to have changed. She heads up in the first part of the PM cycle but ends it lower.

I’m wondering why she’s vomiting so much. Remind me why Pepcid is given. It’s my understanding it’s rarely used now. I’d get a few later night tests.

It’s what her vet gave her at the last appointment when they confirmed the CKD diagnosis. She definitely vomits less often in the evening when she chooses to eat past noon (there is always food available). This vet would not prescribe ondansetron even though I asked for it.

I am going to up the dose tomorrow. Too many blues for my liking.

Yup. Bandit was also throwing up every 2-3 days because of stomach acid build-up and was on 2.5mg of Famotidine every day for a couple of weeks.
