There seems to be some sort of blip going on with the board... I save a draft of Trix's condo earlier this morning, and when I went to load it, it was gone. I hope it's not going to be one of THOSE days!

All is well and calm here...appy is happy, snuggles are in order, and we've been on an awesome roll with the gelcap (huge anti-jinx). I'm not loving that AMBG, but Ms P has jumped into action. I guess we're in one of those phases of starting off with higher numbers, just to keep MamaBean scracthing her head...nope, Trix can't do OTJ like all the other OTJ kitties, can she???

Yesterday was super-long...work followed by errands that I had to shift into high speed with 'cause DH, who usually doesn't work weekends, had to not only work, but had to work late....he wasn't home in time to tend to the kitties. I get really stressed with the schedule gets thrown off like that, and I don't enjoy shopping as it is, so it was way too hectic for me. It ended with several glasses of adult beverage and crashing on the couch after dinner.

I hope so too on the Board, and I have read that, about that blip and disappearing posts in a few other condos. Hopefully it is just that: a blip.....

WOO HOO on Trixie - what a great WCR. :cool: I know on that amps, my thoughts, but r P obviously is in the house and working hard. I have kind of noticed too where she has these phases where the numbers run just a tad higher, then back to the green ones. Just trixie, doing her thing, her way. She still looks GREAT!

OMG on your evening. I am not a shopping fan either, so that hole process just wears me down, and having to rush it well, ugh! bring on those adult beverages! ;-) :cool:

Great WCR on Trixie, which is becoming a usual thing around here! How cool is that?

I don't mind shopping, but I do hate it if I'm racing the clock. Everything that can go wrong, does! I hope you got everything accomplished that you needed to. Nothing like a few adult beverages to sweep away that harried feeling!

Hope your day at tbp goes well - and you're off tomorrow! Prayers in advance for your DF. I hope all is well and he is able to have his treatment.

Sorry your day was a bit hectic, but all seems good now. Does your dad have a chemo session tomorrow? If so, lots of vines are on their way to him.

Have a restful evening. I dislike shopping, too. It's such a waste of time when you have to go to a supermarket and lose a good part of the afternoon. For that reason we still basically shop like we did in NYC: just stop in at a neighborhood market every day and get only what you need.

My adult beverage of choice is usually cheap wine from Trader Joe's :lol: ! Or Rolling Rock. I don't have very refined taste buds when it comes to adult beverages, nor do I have the energy to experiment much.

Yes, my Dad is scheduled to have chemo tomorrow, provided his platelets came back up. Hopefully it will be a go this time, although it was nice for him to have that extra week of feeling good and not crashed.

I hate food shopping so much that I do big stock up trips so I don't have to go back again for a while. I think if I had to stop every day...well....I wouldn't be very fun to be around :lol: !!
 
Cheap wine is always a great choice!! drinking24 I'm glad Trixie is doing well and the gelcap is giving you less trouble (*ANTIJINX*). That is a relief! Trixie may have her own style of OTJ, but Ms P. is clearly reporting for duty.

Sending good chemo vines for your dad tomorrow.
