Good Morning, Everyone,

We were up late last night watching the devastating end of the game (Cardinals won in the bottom of the 9th inning on an umpire's call of interference!) and keeping an eye on Rusty's bgs. He managed to get the PMPS+4 42 up to 58 at PMPS +7. This morning we have a bit of a bounce (fueled in part by eating nighttime food close to AMPS). Shot was not the greatest (lost about 1/2 drop when Rusty pulled away just as I was withdrawing the syringe). Rusty enjoyed his lung treat. His schmooze with his mamabean won out over the radiator this morning! His breathing is congested this morning, undoubtedly influenced by our awful weather: dark, rain, cold.

Today looks like a good day to stay inside, read, work out on the rowing machine, and get ready to watch the game this evening. I'm going to make a minestrone for supper. Jenny the generator just finished her weekly exercise period. What a comforting sound that is!

Thanks for visiting us yesterday. Sorry I didn't get to too many condos last night. I was really wrapped up in the game!

Nice start for Rusty. Bummer about the yucky weather and his congestion, though...but MamaBean got the snuggles instead of the heater - YAY!!!

What a great day Rusty had yesterday. All that green! :mrgreen: I love it when you can consider a 143 a bounce. Just goes to show how well regulated Ruty really is. most of the time. You do really well with him. Bummer on the not so good shot. Hopefully his shed will carry him through. Surf well today Rusty!

Bummer on his congestion this morning, I too would suspect that it is weather influenced. I hope the lung treat helps him today. We are raining this morning too. I won't complain, it, in a way, beats the 13 days we had to total fog....

Go Jenny!!! I love your/her weekly exercise workout.

Minestrone? YUM! It has been such along time since U have had that. It sounds really good, and perfect for a cold rainy day.

Woo hoo on the green yesterday. I hope Rusty's bounce is short-lived. Hopefully his breathing will get better as the day goes on.

Sorry about your team last night. What a crazy way to end the game. That's not a good way to end any game, much less a World Series game.

Rusty seems to be coming down nicely.

Sorry about your team last night. Even Cardinal is sorry for how the Sox lost. Guess we are playing ping pong with this series. Guess it is reflective of two very good teams.

No, not bad for a bounce at all. Love that he chose you over the radiator! The Series is really going to be close! What a way to lose though!

It looks like a "rest day" for the LagoonMeister. All that surfin' in the lagoon wore him out! He enjoyed his combing and a brushing and is chillaxin' in his little bed by the radiator. The sun came out briefly, but that was that. Rusty is not interested in going outdoors, even though the chipmunk is spending a lot of time at our birdfeeders. His breathing is much better this afternoon. He's about to get his "hairball treat" (NaturVet hairball gel) and a +9 snack.

Looks like Rusty almost had the surf breaking on his toes. He's due a little rest on the beach after all that hard work in the lagoon. I'm glad his breathing is better now.
