As expected, he wasn't ready for that reduction, and now we're having our first yellows in twenty days (*sigh*). But it's okay! It did make Sam's weekend easy and quiet while I was gone, and I'm sure we'll get back on track.
We've got an exciting week coming up. Our neighborhood gets a ton of trick-or-treaters and hosts a very popular Halloween parade. Since the holiday is a weekend night this year, we'll be having friends over for a party/parade viewing. My mom will also be coming to visit me in Richmond for the first time. Lots to do to prepare! One thing that's already done--I modified one of Esse's shirts to be a sort-of costume for him... SO excited to debut it!
