Today:
AMPS 100, 1.50u, 22g Evo 95% C&T & water
WCR: I've increased her snack last night to 15g (actually, it measured that much and I stuck with it). After weighing her this morning, and noticing she dropped a tiny bit of weight, decided to increase her AMPS meal by 1 gram to see if that'll help. I'm quite confident that the bit of weight loss is to do with the lack of calories she's getting now. As of today, she'll be getting 163.114 cal/day.
Now, the act of maintaining weight without going overboard enough to make her #s skyrocket.
Sending tons of healing vines, positive thoughts and prayers to whoever needs them.
