She could probably use a bit more insulin. If the UA report identifies a bacteria, and they put her on an antibiotic, that might lower her bg (inflammation from a UTI can raise it), so you’ll want to keep that in mind if you decide to take her up, and be careful to closely monitor. Also, if they put her on an antibiotic, consider putting her on a probiotic. A good one to consider is Visbiome.

Thank you for this. I’ll know soon whether she will be on an antibiotic. I do have Visbiome for my IBD cat, and will definitely share if needed!
