I had DH feed the kitties Wellness Turkey for dinner last night, caused a big food spike. I switched the food after the +2 mm. All LC food is not created equal for Tinkles! Wellness seems to elevate his numbers for several hours after feeding.

WCR: Tinkles is a happy purry boy as usual this morning. All P's in place, breffis #1 & 2 consumed, looking for a good napping spot. Beautiful weather here, so the windows are open and I expect he will spend some time in one of them!

I'm sure he will have a busy cycle, based on the +2 number and the fact that I have to leave at +6 today!! ;-)

So crazy how sensitive Mr T is to different food/carb amounts! Great numbers for him this morning though!

Nice blues today! I think Wellness food has a higher fat content than some of the other foods, although not quite as high as EVO, I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Last time Muffin was at the vet, he mentioned something about thinking she had too much fat in her diet, because of one of the BW results, I forget which one. She eats Wellness Salmon & Trout, which is 208 calories / 5.5 oz can, but, as she won't eat anything else, there's not much I can do about it. :lol:

well these are lovely #'s.
I feed mostly raw to Tray but he gets Wellness as snacks and he's been ok on it. Used to be FF but I find that since they changed their labels his #'s are higher on it so much to his chagrin he only gets it when his numbers go low. I guess you just have to figure out what works for your kitty.
