Clare surprised us by coming down today, after most of her bounce-clearings and low cycles have recently been in the (yawn) @-) @-) PMs.

She's purring, pooping (although her poo is still loose), peeing, playing and preening today: all 5's. It's a beautiful fall day here and she's been lying on our tile floor in the sun. She moved to my desk to help me to write to you.

As someone who's always been cooking-challenged, after growing up as the oldest girl in a family of 6 kids -- nothing except hamburgers was acceptable by all :lol: -- last night was a victory. The dessert I brought to the potluck hit the ball out of the park! I'm so happy that even the foodiest critics had rave reviews, and it was my own recipe! I think I'll retire now and bring PB&Js from now on. Or maybe hamburgers. :smile:
