Good morning LL!

Sunny start to our day again. I will have to consider raising the dose this weekend once I can see what is going on during the day with his numbers. I suspect that we will go back up in dose for a little while since he is back on the presnisolone every day again. Happy furry purry guy with all 5 p's present. He did supervise the beans' breffis this morning and got a few licks of milk for all his hard work, courtesy of DH.

HAPPY FRIDAY! WOOHOO! We have the Tulsa Run tomorrow, which is one of Tulsa's biggest runs. It sold out this year for the first time ever with 10,000 participants. Of course, a cold front came through and it will be about 33 at race time.

Not a bad start for T.

Good luck with the run...and more power to ya, running in those temps!! Have a great day, Melissa!

Happy sunny morning! Rats on the dose increase, but at least you know why it might have to happen.

Brrr on the race! Are you running the 15K? 5K? I'm running this weekend too (hurricane forecasted!), and last year at the same race, it was 34 degrees at the start, so I feel your pain! Hat and gloves, and a nice coat in your checked bag. The start of the race went over a bridge and we were all slipping and sliding ("Caution, bridge surface freezes before roadway") - fun but not-so-fun at the same time. Good LUCK!

Morning Melissa, it does seem Tarragon and Maggie are hanging out together. Good luck this weekend in raising the dose. Watch out though, as any time a dose threat is mentioned, they get on the stick with better numbers. Good luck with the race! Is it a 5K? Keep warm!

Lisa - 5K for me. 15K for DH. I have Rheumaoid Arthritis and am trying to work my way up the K ladder, but my joints are telling me 3.1 miles is enough for now. My goal this winter is to build up so I can run a 10K by April and a 15K by next Oct. DH is running a half marathon in 3 weeks at the Route 66 race.

Awesome - it's great that both you and DH are both running in the same festival, even tho it's not the same race. We have done that too, as DH has had foot problems and has had to drop to a 5K a couple times. Stinks on the RA. I was DX'ed with RA when I was 29 but went into remission about 7 years later, thankfully. I think diet and exercise have gone a long way to preventing and reducing flares, at least that's my experience, as mine was "mild". Good luck on the race!!! And to DH too!

Sunshiny yellow for Tarragon...are you on the blue floor by now with all the others/ Seems as if there is
a big meeting on the blue floor or something! Hope you guys have a good day!

Good luck on the run tomorrow - I reckon 30s beats 90s for a race, just dress in layers! Now don't be a stinker Mr T and save the greens for race time! ;-)
