I took Rusty's dose back up to a "fat 0.1 Unit" (0.15mm on the digital calipers, Monoject syringe--up from 0.10mm). Last night's shot was a fur shot. But many of his inconsistent numbers recently have been owing to poor measurement and/or syringe problems. And he has certainly lost some regulation even before our trip to NYC. I hope this little increase will jump start him and not produce nadirs that are too low.
The rain and wind have moved off and today looks good. I'm going to get the snow tires put on my car this morning. It won't be long now before we get the first snowstorm, despite the unseasonably warm weather we have had so far this fall.
