Yesterday, was chemo day.:(

And right on schedule, Neko's appy has tanked. Just a few bites of a couple different options. She's got ondansetron on board but the syringes have been out already. I moved yesterday's ondansetron earlier that last time before the Leukeran were given, but it's clear I haven't hit the sweet spot on timing yet.

On top of it, it's a gray rainy day. In spite of that, Neko is out in the solarium listening to the rain drum down.

Vines to all in need today, with special helpings out to little Iris. Nothing worse than being young and sick.

Sending vines for Neko. Sorry I haven't been around much, I missed the dx. There are so few old faces left here. This last year has been hard in L/L Land.

@Ann & Tess GA - Been missing you. :bighug::bighug: The chemo is for her lymphoma, which hasn't otherwise been bothering her much, so I suspect the chemo is doing some good. Fortunately it's just once every two weeks now and it takes a few days after chemo for her to snap out of it. Right now it's the CKD that's top of the pile that's impacting her the worst. But she still has some good days. And she travelled with us to Victoria last weekend for a rowing regatta. :) How are your girls Ann?

Sending sweet Neko lots of Appy vines, hope the nausea passes soon.

Wendy I sure hope Neko wants to eat soon:bighug:. Hopefully soon you'll find that sweet spot for dosing the meds:)
I love to sit and vision Neko laying in the solarium listening to the pitter patter of the rain:cat::cat::cat:oh how our kitties deserve to just be kitties:cool:

:bighug::bighug::bighug:
I give Rico ondansetron on the same schedule as Dre 12/12 with his cypro and lasix cocktail.... he has been eating good and no vomit since I decided to stay ahead of it-I hate when he pukes:(

Loving those blues, Neko! Now we just need to see your appy improve. I hope you can get the Ondansetron timed right, Wendy.

The chemo is for her lymphoma, which hasn't otherwise been bothering her much, so I suspect the chemo is doing some good.
I felt the same way. I never really saw an increase in lymphoma symptoms after Harvey was on Leukeran. It was the CKD that was the problem for him, too, I suspect.

Sending lots of good appy vines.
