That's me - waiting for NDW to be gone and the new dose to show. I noticed that almost exactly the same time last year, Neko needed increases.

Neko's in a fine mood, although a little hungry as per the higher numbers. She did another yard patrol this morning. Instead of doing her usual way of coming in which is to climb the stairs to the deck and in the solarium, she yelled at me from the front door. It was effective - no neighbours, I am not killing my cat. :lol:

Gray rainy day here now. I've decided that now I'm not jealous of DH and the regatta he's at today. I definitely want to do it someday. It's listed as one of the top races that breaks the mold. It's a scenic river race but the best part is the single boat wide uphill stretch under a railroad trestle, going against the tidal bore, sort of like a small rapids. Youtube videos of Head of the Gorge Regatta look exciting. But you row one way up the river, then hang around for a while before your turn at the race starts going the other way. The wait can be a while, not so fun when it's cool and wet.

Neko, you seem to be stuck on the yellow floor. Cinco has that problem at night, but somehow he finds a way to escape during the day. I'll ask him to send you directions to the exit, if you'd like!

Bummy for your DH on the weather. I hope he manages to enjoy the regatta anyway. Lucky you, warm and dry at home with the kitties!

Patience Grasshopper!!! Boo for NDW - we feel your pain trust me!!! :roll: :roll: Given the windy rainy mess we have down here, I wouldn't think your DH would be enjoying rowing today either! :? Ugh! Numbers aren't budging, even getting worse with the dosecrease. Tomorrow I'll try a new cartridge in the AM, and if that doesn't move things, then book a vetty appointment. She hasn't taken this long on Lev to show an improvement with an increase. Again, she's still feeling fine. Hopped up on the sofa by herself for an afternoon nap, cuddled some nanners for a while after dinner.

@Tricia, Carla, Ruth - Neko's still stuck in the yellow/pink mud. I don't normally test until after +6 when she starts yellow, cause I know she's on THAT floor. ohmygod_smile But now I get to sleep the rest of the night. Rain is still drumming on the roof. DH said he was very grateful for the new rain jacket he bought on Thursday. Windproof, waterproof and it breaths so he could race in it. It's supposed to be less rainy/windy for tomorrow's race.

Good luck with the new cartridge Wendy. I hope you see a nicer cycle tomorrow. All this talk of rowing in the rain makes me want to hop under my doona and snuggle in for the night.
