The 41 you saw last night was still the effect of the 5.5U depot since it was only the 3rd cycle at 5U. If he drops below 50 today, you might want to look at another reduction.

Did you test again after that 41? If he got as low as the 30's I'd be tempted to reduce again. But there is a big gap on the spreadsheet so I can't tell.
