Sitting pretty in the green grass. The local news paper is having a pet photo contest so this weekend I'm going to carve a Jack-O-Lantern get some of those mini hay bales and some silk fall leaves and see if Autumn will cooperate long enough to get a good shot of her.
The contest is only open to rescued pets and part of the contest is they will be picking 6 pets to run their rescue stories in the paper, so hoping we can at least win a spot in the stories to help spread the word of feline diabetes.
Thankfully the cats and dogs aren't running together so she won't be up against a bunch of cute mill puppies.
I was kinda flattered that my vet called me personally to ask me to enter Autumn and Maxwell and the clinic is putting up the entrance fee for us!! And want me to write up a short description of their stories that they can sent and hand out to their clients to help win them votes :mrgreen:
