Cycle number two for Sarge on 2.0 units. Last night we hit yellow maybe blue in the wee, wee hours. Mid-pink this morning and on the way down at +1.5. I am curious what he can do tonight. He has an easier time hitting the lower numbers at night for some reason. I will have to try to get in some +5 or +7's at night (late, late night) this weekend because I work for the next seven days straight and Sat. Sun. it won't be where I can duck out for a short bit. It is supposed to be a gorgeous weekend. Almost summer like. I'll be inside but still nice. Happy Friday to all!

many cats go lower at night than during the day cycles. the morning numbers are influenced by Dawn Phenomenon. I'm guessing that's the reason the amps is generally the last BG test to come down when a cat is beginning to work off of insulin and their pancreas has sputtered back to life.

it doesn't explain everything - but it is a factor. you also have bounces, and we also know that even if you hold everything else equal, absorption rates from any particular shot can vary by as much as 50% from other shots.
