Very difficult to smile & take one day at a time when so many things are going wrong.There are times it all feels like a BAD dream. I want to go to sleep & when I wake up everything is good. My Kitties are healthy & I'm happy.

As difficult as it is, you know exactly the truth that is in your first post. When you feel so overwhelmed with downward health in your beloved pets, take a deep breath, think of all the research and helpful things you have done for them, and give yourself a huge hug, literally. It will either make you laugh or cry!
One day at a time - force yourself to get enough sleep that you can wake up with a fresher outlook. Don't stop the Yoga!
I've had a hard time lately with the huge ups and downs. Balance would be so nice.

All we can do is take it one day at a time and try to focus on the positive things that come along and not let the negative weigh us down. Enjoy the purring kitties when you can.

Yes, sometimes when it rains, it pours - trouble and problems that is. Try not to let it get you down! Sending you hugs.

You're doing all what you can to change what's possible! No one could do better than you.
Try to take just one day at a time! Today you still have your wonderful kitties with you; enjoy each second with them! Try not to think about the things you don't have control over...

I can imagine living alone with no family or friends around must not be easy, but at least we're there and care for you and your kitties; it's better than nothing!!
Don't forget your Health Club and yoga and when the weather is nice do some meditation outside ! Try to keep busy and things will get better...
