Yesterday was........ STRATOSPHERE day in MannieLand. :shock: :o ohmygod_smile @-) @-) :YMSIGH: SIIIGGGGHHHHHHHHH...... what a frustrating day! Mr Liver won the war yesterday, making sure all in LL knew that Mannie still had one.... WOW. not too much to say - he started out with an OK yellow number and just kept going up after that. We hope for a better day today. Paws crossed. :-D :-D Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D We had a little sun yesterday! Just a little. But enough to excite the kitty krew here. Both of them were meowing at the door: "OPEN OPEN OPEN OPEN..." so I did. WHAM with the blast of cold air. :shock: As quickly as they ran out the door, they ran back in. :lol: :lol: :lol: Just a tad bit nippy out there.... Mannie just went back to the nanners. Elsa eventually went back out, just long enough to say that she did it. Silly girl. Mannie on the other hand moved a nanner or two to the one lonely sunbeam that found its way inside and there he napped. Wise move Mannie. You had best talk to your sister.... ;-) you know big guy: the difference between choosing wisely, and choosing poorly.... Yesterday was a big nap day for Mannie. Maybe he knew that today DGS returns and he had best be rested for THE VOICE and THE SPEED RACER. :lol: :lol: This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty through Friday - I will try and get to condos once DGS has gone home for the day. Today we will swim in the morning, and then hopefully we can visit a river or river park. Paws crossed that Mannie gives us a permission slip... I will miss you guys, and your furkids! Hey everybody! WOOT on yesterday - sailing! I LUBS sailing. And then a late night bonfire on the beach. SWEET! hey I was thinking.... Tess's mamabean does these really cool ceramic stuffs... and well I thought maybe we could try that. ya know ma e some bowls and plates ad stuff. Maybe even sue the potters wheel thingie. :razz: WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE that would be fun. Just think of all the cool designs we could make with out claws... What'd'ya tyink? You guys wanna try? I kinda need a new fuds bowl...I uhhhhhh... knocked mine off the table.... you guys in? let me know! I am ready for anything! ~~ Mannie

Morning Michelle, ~O) ~O) and hey Mannie what was up yesterday with the red. I think we were sampling one too many almond rocas, huh! :lol: Much better this morning, Michelle, and he will get back on track, no worries. Thanks on the Cappucinos, very nice, and I'll also have an almond roca for the road, too. ~O) Ohh...that must have been cold for both to run back inside. Have a great time with DGS today and hope the weather is better. Mannie, how about coming down today to some blues and a nice permission slip for your Bean.

Brrr! We're going to 80 today, amazingly. The weather just can't make up it's mind. I'm stuck home with farty Leo who rode the banister down last night and plunged into the green muck this morning. Fart cat! Rotten thing!

Nanner update: We have a winner! :-D Jasper, Pixie and Pearl dove right in, each grabbed a nanner and licked and bunny kicked and rolled and writhed themselves into a stupor. Then they just laid there a while with nanner wrapped in their paws, glassy eyed in a catnip trance. :lol: Pearl doesn't seem to be affected, but she sees the others enjoying the catnip high and she is trying to have fun with it. We will see how they migrate around the house.
Forecast is 80 degrees here today so shorts for my walk in a local park :-D , just last week I wore a coat. Enjoy your day!

Well, he's back to yellows! Good work so far Mannie - just keep sliding! Swimming today? I sure hope that pool's heated! :lol: Rain came back here last night, but looks like it will clear up again today.

Nice recovery there Mannie, can you make sure Neko follows you down to blue too? I think that's a permission slip for a nice visit to a river park. I'm sure Nicholas has all sorts of boots and cute rain coats for his outdoor trekking. It's just drizzling here so not bad for an outing.

Mannie, the bean could use one of those almond chocolate coffee things here. Silly thing got up to check my late nadir. I fooled her!

p.s. Come to my house tomorrow with the gang. My beans will be out all day. We will have all the porches, the kitchen, the radiators, and we can plan for the full moon and Halloween.

Nicholas and I had a great day - swimming in the morning, watching the salmon jump and the ducks quack at the Sammamish River after that. In between he napped.... WOO HOO on the salmon: that was great: he waited and watched for them, squeals of delight when they jumped. Fun thing was he knew they were there - remembered from our last trip there, and kept telling me Fish before we even saw any. awesome! I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Ann, and Maggie - That he did! I am so happy to see him back to the blues. It was nice he didn't spend much time on those other floors. YAY!

Hi Wendy - that it was! A good recovery day for the Nanner King. :-D And that it was on the permission slip. It was a good afternoon there, the sun came out, no rains, and the salmon were flying in the river. WAY COOL! YUPP - he does have the rain gear - a yellow slicker (hope it still fits him - LOL!) and the basic black fisherman type wading boots. I LOVE those boots!
