I'm not sure what is going on with Gizmo. I woke up to a pile of tiki cat thrown up beside the food bowls this morning (could have been either cat - who knows). Then I get in the door to see Gizmo stumbling/swaying. I immediately tell myself not to panic he was probably just waking up and no big deal as he seemed ok seconds later. Then I test and he is at 79. No big deal but makes me wonder if he was teasing the sharks today. :facepalm: Then he threw up around +11 (very small amount of liquid) and didn't eat much of his PMPS meal (maybe half).

I decided to reduce to 8.5 units. Hope that was the right decision. We have talked about using 80 as our reduction point anyways because of the cabergoline in play. Plus not being able to monitor this week makes that 79 at +9.75 really scary to me. And he is acting so strange right now. I'm worried. :nailbiting:

Seems to be walking pretty good now, but is pretty much just laying around. He chased a laser light before supper. And then I forgot about him peeing on my garbage can. He backed right up to the can in the kitchen and peed on it while I was cleaning up the table. He has never done anything like this before. Then after that we did notice him limping/walking strange, but then he was fine again. He still hasn't finished his PMPS meal ... hoping he will eat at some point tonight.
 
+2 = 138

Gizmo finally finished his PMPS meal at +1. So the +2 is food influenced, but he was really crying so we tested to make sure he was alright.
 
I sure hope Gizmo is ok, I wonder what's going on? I'm worried too. You know, I always trust the readings I get, but it's weird, yesterday when I had to steer Mav up from 61, he had this really dazed look at around +4, and when I stuck my hand under him to lift him up, he was very limp for a second or two, then slowly jumped down from his scratcher. It freaked me right out, I ran for the HC food again, then thought wait, see what his number is, and I quickly tested and got 151. I hate second guessing the test results! Anyway, lots of well wishes being sent for you and Gizmo :bighug:

I wonder if they are just affected by the low numbers and even though they come up maybe they still don't feel so well. I've been watching him like a hawk, which of course makes me notice and wonder about every little thing. But he ate all of his +3 snack and seems to be doing alright now. So hopefully, it was just a fluke or him not feeling well from the greens. I'm just wondering how low he actually went. :blackeye:

Bounce is in effect. He seems back to normal. So hopefully everything will go smoothly tomorrow. Thanks everyone for the good wishes! :bighug:
