Clare woke us up after our PJ party last night. We didn't believe the low number this morning! So we took another test and got another low one -- into the blues, though, so it felt a little less scary. We decided to keep our dose and closely monitor Clare this morning.

She's a bouncy kitty so we'll give her some 8% after an hour to help keep her from diving. [Later: Hah! Not to worry!] This is a new thing for us, so any advice will be much appreciated!

I re-did the link to her spreadsheet in our Profile so I'm hoping that anyone who would like to look at it will be able to do so now.

Good morning! My thoughts are she is on the rise this am, after those numbers yesterday. I would just keep an eye on her and test to be sure she doesnt dive on you. Have a good day!

I agree with Laura. Think Clare was on the rise. But those first low shots get our blood a pumping! (Not such a bad thing on these crisp cool fall mornings.

Thanks for your thoughts, Laura and Marilyn. Was it the change in the PS numbers that show she's on the rise; or something else? This is new territory!

After her low last night, 50ish I think, she started coming up. 70 or so at +7. Around 100 at AMPS. So her numbers were coming up after the low of last night. Upward trajectory.

At least that's my thinking.

That makes sense. I'm just so used to her bouncing, I wasn't even thinking about a slow rise. :roll:

Max aka Mr. Unpredictable aka Bouncer usually has a slow rise after a low night and low amps. I went to bed with a 258 and awoke to a 91 today though. He cleared a bounce and continued down last night I guess. I gave him 3% to start and when he was flat went to 9% at the next two feedings. So it's hard to say what Clare will do. I'd get a few hour to one and a half hours test to see. I hope she surfs for you.

Sometimes our kitties do bounce after going low at night. You did good getting a +1 to see where Clare was going. Sorry she's bouncing again.

Great job this morning. I hope Clare's cycle has flattened out and she's on her way back down.

Just to clarify, you don't have a profile on Clare. Here's the link to the actual Profile document. I didn't use the format for Gabby. All the info is there but I wanted something a bit more free form.
