WCR: All is well in BlackieLand. I was awake 1/2 hour before my 5:30 a.m., and after getting the
started, I decided to get a PMPS +11 test from her. Glad I did. She's been providing me with major purring, preening, and the usual LB action. No playing, but that's fine. She loves the Fortiflora, and I've been sprinkling it on her num nums each time I feed her. It helps to get her to start eating, especially after her shots. However, she'll start eating, and then 2 minutes later be meowing constantly. I have to get the others fed, though. She'll have to deal with being in there for a short time while I take care of the rest, including Bubba.
Bubba... Is still with us, thank goodness. He's eating... More like snacking really. This morning, he was talking a bit and looking at me, and I knew that he wanted something to nibble. I gave him his bowl that had some of the Friskies Party Mix treats in it, and he nibbled a bit. When it came to feeding the rest at 6:00, I gave him a small amount of Fancy Feast (forget what flavor), but he only licked it. I scraped out some of the jelly from the Friskies canned food that I gave the rest of them, and he lapped that up. About an hour later, I gave him a small handful of another flavor of the Party Mix, and he gobbled that up. Then I went and got his Party Mix bowl, and again he ate a bit more of that. That's 3x this morning that he ate, and although it wasn't much, it's still something. He has 5 more doses of the Baytril, and that'll be it. I know that there's nothing I can do for the cancer, but as long as he's eating, and drinking, I'm extremely happy with that. We Skype with Dad on Saturday. Since Bubba was his cat (my late MIL's actually), I'm sure that the news will upset him. Bubba's a very special kitty to us. They're all very special, but Bubba's a bit more so because of his history. I lub my Bubs very, very much.
I have a doctor's appointment about mid day, and I'm going to see about donating the rest of this urinary tract food to a no-kill shelter in that area afterwards. They have a ton of cats mostly, and some dogs. I've got at least 1 unopened case of Purina Pro Plan, and quite a few cans of the Friskies Special Diet that I've purchased. Perhaps we can also visit with a few of the kitties, too. We'll see how time goes with this. It may not be happening until perhaps Saturday.

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.
