Not sure if that’s the right format to post, she’s been now 24 hours on Lantus and it looks promising!

To answer yesterday's last question, you don't need to keep doing curves every cycle. Once you see her numbers stabilize at level or going up without high carb food, you can stop testing until next preshot. However, I would test more frequently if she's under 100, until you get a better idea where her typical nadir lands on Lantus. The numbers may indeed get better as the depot builds.
