Not sure if that is NDW or if he ate at +11 when he came to bug me for some pets.

Jonesy is being Jonesy. In some ways he seems more alert, more engaged in what is going on and in other ways he seems so tired. He had a slower eating day yesterday but still not below my threshold of 230 calories. He continues to have normal poops. Yesterday's was nuggets again. Will be watching that and if it continues I will drop the metronidazole dose down again 50mg BID. We started at 100mg BID, went down to 50 mg BID but ended up going back up to 75mg morning and 50mg at night. The plan is to hold it for two weeks if normal poop and then drop a bit at a time. Other than that, he gets B12, lantus, bupe and the prednisolone. There isn't much more we can do for him.

Going to book those dentals - so that will be a $2000 to $2500 day.

@Bobbie And Bubba - the checkups and pre-op bloodwork cost me $300 - each.

The lottery here is on Friday...DS and I have tickets in that. Hope to get a big prize! $60million!

Thank you all for the continued prayers and good wishes for Jonesy.

Olive appears better when she's in the yellows. Go figure.

I got my tickets for tonight. $640 million here. The big prize would be nice but $1 mil isn't hard to take either. The dreams I have for it........

I know, I was just saying the other day...$500K that is all I need to change my life. Of course it is all spent but man my life would be so much better! Not saying I wouldn't take the full $60 million. Is lottery winnings taxed in the states?

It is the dry food. The vet thought it would help fatten him up...last ditch effort. Doesn't help though if he is just peeing the energy right out! Plus with them noticing some kidney changes and all the meds...one more thing will not help. Trying my best to keep him lower but...

Yes it's taxed of course. The feds have to get their share. And I would take the lump sum, you get less, at my age the annuity would out live me if I went that route.

Good luck with the winning ticket. When I bought one a few weeks ago, the whole night I had so much fun dreaming of what I would do with it. I practiced how I would call my one son and tell him to get the new basement walk out done at his home and then put his house on the market to either rent it or sell it and go find the house of his dreams! Each grandchild would get a trust fund set up, all my siblings would be gifted some money as would DH's family. And of course FDMB would be gifted a really nice contribution!
