WCR Powder's personal Ps in place. He thinks he's he's part Siamese :lol: He begs for treats constantly when we're in the kitchen. Of course I want him to eat his food and give treats on an as needed basis, I tried a compromise when he picked at his dinner by sprinkling a little freeze dried cod flakes on his food. It was my compromise not his, He ate the flakes but not the food :lol:
Doing curve today so rested his cute little ears last night hope we get some good info. Have you noticed Powder;s PS BGs recently? They are almost the same number. Looks like I'm just making them up :lol: :lol:

Happy Caturday! Surf the greens kitties and if you're like Powder try, try, try to jump down to the first or second floor. If you can the mezzanine would be best :mrgreen:

Recieved a replacement Relion in mail because such a huge difference between 1st one and Freestyle. Used it for +4 100 pts different :shock: Freestyle 234 Relion 334. Has anyone else ever experienced this? This is now the second time. I don't know what to think. I'd like to use Relion due to cost and I've been using my strips but are Powder's readings even accurate? I expected a little difference this to me is outrageous ohmygod_smile

Yes I have had the exact same thing happen with my relion micro and my freestyle 100 points diff on more then one occasion which I why a long long time ago I questioned my relion in a condo I ended up buying the alphatrak to use for Do Lou to have as a comparison expensive experiment, here is what I have found with the 2 overall if I compare my freestyle to the alpahtrak the alpha runs about 30 points higher which is normal (never is it 100 points diff) I always compare the 2 when Do Lou is low if you look on my SS its in my note section I would love to use the relion on a daily basis and maybe I just need a new meter IDK but its given me to wider of a swing of numbers for me to use it daily its my emergency backup. Not sure if all this helps you any at all. I never have been able to understand how 2 meters can give you a 100 point diff on the same blood drop makes you wonder doesn't :roll: it

Sure does Lisa especially when your insulin dose depends on the readings. It's hard to know if I should switch it out tomorrow he will look so out of control.

Did Do Lou go on a Moon trip with Merlin and Moonie? He certainly is well dressed for the occasion. :cool:

Powder has had a good day. He has been hanging out in his favorite room the kitchen I think he's sleeping less.Its probably just because he wants treats but it sure beats him sleeping most of the time.

The curve has been pretty uneventful but I did see that he dropped from 382 @+10 to 320 @ PMPS. When I see this I believe Mr. P is yawning a little. :smile: Now he's at 214 lowest in 3 days I'm feeling hopeful that maybe he's ....... ;-) I hope he's tired of heights and is finally jumping down to safer zones.
 
Was going to check at 5.25 fell asleep ohmygod_smile when woke up and checked he was 171. At least I can go to sleep for night and Powder gets a break.NI NI
