I was happy Ti-Mousse had a green last night and he's starting in BLUE this morning! 8 days on that dose and 4 with greens. :)

I got Zoe's meds yesterday at the clinic where Ti-Mousse had his dental done. It's a "rural" clinic, so they also take care of sheeps, cows, deers, wapitis... Maybe because the clinic is old, it doesn't seem as clean as the brand new one I used to go!!!:( While I was waiting, the vet mentioned a fructosamine for Ti-Mousse; I only went there once for his dental  As I don't have a vet for him, I think I'll go and show them my SS and hopefully they'll be OK with it (but no fructosamine). They treat diabetes with Lantus, it's a good point for them. I need a vet if I want to have Ti-Mousse tested for acro and IAA!!

That was a long post...;) I hope everybody will have a great day and all little kitties are surfing safely!

Lyane, your plan sounds good. No need for a fructosamine test if showing them the spreadsheet. You could even say you can't spend the extra money for something that won't help Ti-Mousse!
I hope the new vet works well with you, and will be open to learning from you if it gets to that point.
Give your adorable little guy extra scritches:bighug::cat::bighug:

I'll go and show them my SS
I hope this clinic works out for you! It's so difficult to find a Vet that's open minded.

Poor vets only seem to know about a couple of things - Fructosamine testing and UA's...well, there could e a few more but those always seem to be the first thing they tell you about.

You've already done enough testing to far exceed anything they'd find on a F-test.

Have a nice evening Layne!

You're right "poor vets" but I need one if I want to have Ti-mousse tested for acro and IAA, so I just hope this one will be cooperative ;)

Have a very nice evening also, Sue!
