Well tonight Max is getting lower than I expected. I guess I'm not going to sleep now. At his +3 I just fed him about a tablespoon of 14% MC food, but I think I might do a bit more. He's hungry and wanting to eat.

I'm wondering if I should feed HC or if MC is OK.

With a drop like you had at +2, a little MC mixed into his LC would have been good.

So if I fed MC at his +2, I would have probably had a flatter curve. More surfing, less roller coaster. Am I thinking about that right?

I just fed Max a bit more MC at +5.25=69. I don't know if I have enough going for him to surf or I need to stay up to feed this.
