Good morning LantusLand. Yesterday's lack of excitement here

High start this morning - AMPS 334 - opened new vial of Lantus this morning so we'll see if those higher numbers lately were from old insulin. The old vial was still crystal clear and rubber still looked new....

It's rainy and yucky - I wish sun for everyone and extra thoughts and prayers for our GA cats - we lost several the last few days.

<Insert embarassed look here> Yes Sienne, I DID get not only a PMPS but also a +2 last night...just forgot to log them - they were still noted on my blackboard. We had bad storms come thru last night so had to stay up and make sure all animals stayed in their safe places. We got over an inch of rain in less than half an hour.....

Me too Thelma...we're tired of these 200's and 300's...

Linda - her eye is better but her congestion is still bad. I don't like what these pills are doing to her - she's getting weak and wants to sleep all the time. Those are side effects....we'll just keep watching...

New insulin can do wonders--Hope it helps.
BTW any type of infection, no matter how small, can cause BG's to go up..Yes for the wet food..
