Zener is doing fine this morning. His appy is good. There was hardly any bowl chasing! I don't think he even went out on yard patrol. He's now sleeping in the chair by my desk, curled in a ball with his head ducked. :-D :-D

OT: Tillie had a little yogurt and ate two pill pockets with some cypro and 1/2 of the clavamox. So I used the piller for the other half and gave her some water to wash it down. She did have to catch an episode on rodent TV. Then the cypro kicked in and she ate some chicken florentine. We are waiting on the urine culture results, hopefully in a couple of days. Thank you for all your good wishes, prayers and vines for our girl. We all appreciate you very much. :-D :-D :-D

I'm off to the gym. I haven't been in a couple of weeks. Thinking of ailing kitties and beans. Good luck to Rusty and Gracie with their reducies. Work that jooce, kitties! Happy Tuesday, LL!

Hi guys,

Zener, you'll be in the lagoon in no time. Keep that slide going. The LagoonMeister is waiting for you.

Tillie, take your meds and have a relaxing day watching Rodent TV.

Liz, have a good session at the gym. I have to do some rowing on our machine today. Can't just sit home and do nothing while it rains!

Anne, Are you recovered from your trip?

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Re: 10/22 Zener AMPS 212;+3 188

Yay for happy appy! Our prayers continue for TIllie. Since all tests look good, hopefully it's just the ABs making her feel yucky.

Re: 10/22 Zener AMPS 212;+3 188

Welcome home Anne! Nice slide going on there. Good to hear that Tillie is eating too. She must be feeling better if she has to get in some rodent TV time.

Re: 10/22 Zener AMPS 212;+3 188

Hi Liz, so glad to hear Zener is doing good today. Sending many healing vines for Tillie. Sounds like she feels a little better today.
You go get those mousies, Tillie.
Have fun at the gym today!

I hope that happy homelife is back, with healthy kitties, good appetites, and award-winning episodes of Rodent TV, now in Season 2.

Re: 10/22 Zener AMPS 212;+3 188;+5 219

So glad the family is all back together. Good news that Tillie is interested in her favorite show :-D Hope she feels a little better each day.

Now we need Mr. Z to come on down~

Re: 10/22 Zener PMPS 243 AC visit

A flat yellow cycle with a dash of blue for the mighty Z. We do like the flat cycles, but would like healthier numbers. We will give him another two cycles to settle in to this dose and if numbers do not improve, there is a fattening up dosecrease threat on the table.

We had our animal communicator check in with our Queen of Everything, Tillie. She also checked in with Zener.

Here is the info I received today from the cats. By the way, they both love you so very much! They understand you are trying to help them feel better. Zener is more accepting of the help than Queen Tillie, who finds it very upsetting. But she is managing ok.

Tillie:
When I connect with her, I feel inflamed, tender and really low energy. The clavamox is not working because she does not have any more infection. Her kidneys are clear so far. What I see is very inflamed wall of the bladder (cystitis) and even affecting the bowel due to proximity. Her appetite is not so good either. The clavamox has affected that besides being sick.
The SQ fluids helped her flush out the bladder/kidneys and resolved any dehydration she was experiencing.

This is the treatment that resonates to her energy:
1. Probiotics 1/2 capsule daily
2. NO grain based foods
3. Raw food would be wonderful. If she will eat it. They do make a dehydrated/freeze dried raw food that may work ok with her.
4. Anti-inflammatory med from vet, if agreeable. OR herbs to help bladder would include - cranberry based, devil's claw etc. Product called: Berry Balance by Solid Gold is excellent.

Of course, the challenge will be getting her to cooperate with these changes. Tillie really doesn't like all the fuss but she also doesn't like being sick. I discussed with her what choices she has. And reassured her that you are both worried and trying to help.

Zener:
What a sweet boy he is! He is doing ok lately. He still has his low energy days and just hibernates when he needs to. He is very happy that both of you are home again.
Did his pooping issue resolve? He is not admitting any problem with that now.
As you know, the diabetes affects all his organs and body systems. The blood sugars are being controlled as well as possible now. The routine is pretty well established for him. Keep up the great work and support you both give him!

We got quite the chuckle out of what she tells us about Tillie and her lack of cooperation and not liking the fuss. We are still waiting to hear from the C & S and should get the results tomorrow or the next day.

Thanks to everyone for stopping in today and sending healing wishes for the Queen of Everything. Zener does not care if she hijacks his condo. Wishing all a calm and drama-free Tuesday evening in LL.

Re: 10/22 Zener PMPS 243 AC visit

This is so lovely, and great to find out about the Clavamox, nasty stuff!
I hope you can find a way to help Lady T through her difficulty by doing what the AC suggested. Do the solutions she suggested seem possible, or are you pretty much already doing them? Have you tried any of the Standard Process supplements?

Re: 10/22 Zener PMPS 243 AC visit

had to come and check on Zener and Tillie - glad to hear both are doing ok. i hope tillie perks up more! i'm sure she enjoyed watching Rodent TV!

i am a tad bit disappointed that Inspector Poo didn't post today. ;-)

Re: 10/22 Zener PMPS 243 AC visit

Interesting report of the AC. Tillie, get back on track so you don't have to try all those remedies, OK?

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Re: 10/22 Zener PMPS 243 AC visit

Enough of the yellows and blues Zener, how about a nice slide to green tonight.

Interesting report from the AC on Tillie and Zener. Neko agrees that the raw food is wonderful. Maybe a novel protein for QOE? I'm keeping paws crossed you'll get the C&S results soon.

Thanks everyone for visiting and offering support and suggestions. We have some nice grain free foods that Tillie will eat, at least at the moment. We tried raw foods back when Zener was first diagnosed with FD and she thought they were disgusting.

Zener is confused about the proper directions to the lagoon, so if someone doesn't GPS him soon, more juice is on the way.

So sorry to disappoint with no poo patrol report! Chief Inspector Crapdash has been away and is just getting back in the swing of things, and poor Detective Poo was stretched to the limit doing solo poo patrol. It takes a team to track the poo!

Ni Ni LL. I-)

Hi Liz & Anne
I'm glad you got some really good information from your animal communicator.
I hope she decides to accept your help to help her after this appointment.
Gently sending more healing vines to Tillie.
