Morning. ~O) ~O)

try to keep a better schedule today and better notes to myself on what food is given.
I'm not sure if we didn't have a bigger non food gap yesterday afternoon. Also don't know what my dd fed Shadow when she got that+3.25 test while I was at church.
Think I'm going to keep the higher carb foods out of reach for now, like the friskies tuna and egg 8 %. She had some of that yesterday too.

However, I did gamble this morning. She just ate Nature's Variety Instinct Rabbit. And she liked it. That probably will mean it's not
a good one carb wise. (but the other flavors were 3%, 2% and 0%) And she seems to like this brand. I like that the phosphorus isn't
as high as in the FF brand.
So we'll see if she stays in the lows or if the food influences her the wrong direction. @-)

DD is back to feeling bad and is late for school. She's going to try going here in a few and it's at least her short day.

Gosh, I'm sorry that your daughter is still feeling so bad. That endoscopy can't come soon enough for you, I bet. :cry:

Shadow is so beautiful. Ya know, when Angela said that photo would make a lovely crosstitch, I turned to look at mine.
My DD made a crosstitch of her Penny, who looks like Shadow...and indeed it does make a wonderful crosstitch. :-D

just spend an hour re-posting a shopping list in main forum.
values are from updated Dr. Pierson's chart.

Shadow's new favorite is Nature's Variety Instinct (grain free) , Avoderm, and Natural Balance ofishally scampi and sea brulee ( not too often on the seafoods)
tried Rabbit today even though it has no known values. She liked it.
Her AMBG was 84 , ate rabbit, then +4 was 93. meant to get a +3. don't know if that number is rabbit influenced at all.

so as long as she drops even a little 3 hrs after food, her pancreas is working all by itself??

i'm going to go pull out all the lowest carb foods I have and try to give only those tonight/tomorrow and see if it makes any difference.

Good luck with the food experiments. It'll be interesting to try with no insulin on board.
