Yesterday was...... BLUE and GREEN day in MannieLand! ;-) WOOT, WOO HOO, YAY! Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group played live at Muffin's OTJ Party in Sunny CA :cool: Well done kitties! Mannie had a great start in the morning, with a nice low blue, a minor food spike followed by a Very cool dip into the green lagoon with a nice return to the blues where he spent the rest of the day. AWESOME! The PM cycle was another awesome blue cycle. What a great day for Mannie... Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Such storms we are having - the rainy kind! We somehow manged to get a break yesterday, for about 5/6 hours, even saw some sun. It was as if switch did it's thing and we had blue skies...We had one time when it rained like crazy, thunder was abounding, and sun was shining, all within 10 minutes. What a day weather wise! he sun break mid day was very nice though, Mannie took advantage of that by heading on out, to where I have no idea.... :shock: :shock: I was heading on out to a swim meet, wanted to check him before I left. Of course he was MIA. I knew it was a short meet, went without the test, and by the time I came home he was back from is adventure, gave me a lovely green. Sheshhh.... maybe I should let him wander more often. :lol: :lol: This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and a few cuddles. :cool: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. No clue what will be here today. I suppose I should tend to all the things that never got done over the weekend. :shock: :shock: I would like to hike, but WOW on the weather: rains in most places... well time will tell today - we shall go with the flow. :-D

Hey everybody!! I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired. WOW: two OTJ parties back to back.... we so need to chillax. Maybe Rusty's radiators... what'd'ya guys think? I gots lots of party leftovers. Morning Michelle, what a nice blue and green day yesterday for Mannie. He is doing so good lately, paws and fingers crossed, to keep it up! Mannie, thank you for the venti quad ~O) ~O) toffeenut hazelnut blended mocha, with all the other good ingredients. You have quite a talent with the coffee. We had rain yesterday, too, and some showers tonight. I guess this is winter season here with the rains. Have a nice day, Michelle, and hope you can squeeze in a walk between showers.

Mannie, I want to sit on that big radiator with Rusty today. You may have to remove some Vetty smell from me first though, cuz guess where silly Bean is taking me, that place! :sad: See ya at curb, Mags

Nice sunny start for Mannie after some beautiful greens yesterday. yay! Ugh on the weather. I'm glad there was a little break and Mannie got to get out and enjoy it a little. Have a great day today!

THX too on the weather. it is the norm here in the fall/winter. We all live for those weather breaks when the sun may show. Excitement rules then. :lol: :lol: Even for the kitties.

Not a bad start today for Mannie, how great that you got to see some greens yesterday too!

It sounds quite soggy down there, here its cold.....brrrrr it feels like its going to snow. I hope you find something to do today and stay dry!

Hi Tracy ~O) ~O) ~O) It was nice on the green yesterday. YAY! Not too sure about today though..... I hope he will head back to the blues. :-D Yep, rather soggy here. we do have a few days coming up where it should dry out some - looking forward to that. And I am sure on your cold. You guys really do get the low temps there. We had snow in our mtns over the weekend. very pretty there!

Blues, Mannie, blues! You can do it! The Blue Mannie Group gave a great performance at Muffin's party last night. Only one neighbor came over and complained about the noise! ;-) Muffin is exhausted today after back to back parties all weekend. The rain got here late last night, and it's still here. This is Cleetus' and Oscar's first winter being indoor/outdoor kitties. Cleetus got trapped out there after the side garage blew shut, but after some breffis and a very brief drying time, he went right back out, but just to the garage this time. Oscar went out after breffis and 20 mins later came back in all wet. He's decided to stay in, clean himself up and have a nap. :lol:

Mannie - Tank you so much fur makin' ma pawty such a hit! We had so much fun and it was a nice time we spent 'memberin' sweet Rocket. So tired today! Lubs, Muffin

I went hiking this morning after Mannie's +4, when it was apparent that he wasn't into any drama this morning. The weather was not too bad up north, so I went on a hike near Bellingham, visited a couple of lakes, did a ridge trail that was there. It was a great time, and I managed to dodge the rains and thunder storms that were rolling in as I left. LUCKY ME! :-D :-D :-D

Hi Ella - I love it" another new song for the BMG: Back to the Blues. perfect, don't you think? :cool: Nope did not get the sun her today - but the place a went to hike had a little of it, until the next system rolled on it. sheshhh! very WET drive home. :roll:

Hi Barb - well.... didn't so all that stuff today either. :lol: :lol: I did get a few things done, but the bulk remains... maybe tomorrow when it really is supposed to be wet everywhere, and I will not be able to find a dry spot to go play in. :o :lol: ;-) and yes... so true on when THE VOICE is here. :shock: Well.... Hi Anne - AWESOME on the BMG last night, bummer on the neighbors! :lol: Seems that alot of people are dealing with the rains now, part of fall I guess. Too funny on Cleetus and Oscar. That so reminds me of mine when they were young. They went out in the wet all the time... Brought it all inside, and proceeded to dump what they drug in everywhere, then take a rather long bath. After that it was always to the heat registers, with the look: "PLEASE! We need heat!" You gotta love it!

Hi john - where does he come up with these coffee concoctions! :shock: I think he spends far too much time at Starbucks, What PNW kitty wouldn't? :lol: :lol: And thanks - I did get out, found a weather break up by Bellingham so off I went. Mannie sure did give me a permission skip, couldn't turn it down...

Hi Carla - Me TOO! Sure would like to see some blues tonight. A slow slide into the grotto. :-D He was headed there @ +4, seems to have reversed direction while I was gone. Hope tonight will be a little better!

Sounds like you had a wonderful day outside. The leaves are changing here and it's beautiful to drive around. That's one nice thing about the long commutes in the fall - miles and miles of rolling hills a riot of color.

Mannie - sorry I missed the chillaxin. Mamabean made me stay home when I threw a 500 last night and a 106 this morning. :shock: So I have to be a better boy and then I can ROCK the RADIATOR with you guys! ~Leo

Hi Lisa - I know! What us up with that??? Yes, I did - I was nice to be out, and I did manage to find a semi-dry area in the state. hard to find today. :lol: :lol: I agree on the long drives in the fall - love it (!!) when all is so full of color.

Leo - no biggie - it's OK! been there with my bean too, but dude! a 500 to a 100? man that ah to hurt! Such a dive! I know them well - I am the all time FDMB Olympic Diving Champion! I can show you all kinds of really cool moves man... dives like you would not believe. Hey.... maybe i can spring you for a few, sneak you out for a bit and I can show you my manual. Uhhhh.... don't tell your bean about the manual. I dunno if she will be too thrilled with that.... see ya! The hike sounds wonderful. Work so interfers with my ability to enjoy the CO Rockies. Alas. The weather says we could have snow by the weekend. That's alright cause then I could go snow shoeing. :-D

Hi Karen - THX - it was a fun hike. The lake was so pretty! oh wow on you having the CO Rockies... I remember thinking how cool that is, when I first learned you were from Colorado. How incredible they are! One of these days I so want to hike there. Or even just visit the Rockies. NICE on eh upcoming snow. Now snowshoeing sounds fun too. Something I so want to try. Weird that being so close to mtns and snow that I have never been.. I need to fix that! - And so cool: Fur Ball now has an avatar! nice photo too.

Hi Ann - I was glad I went, that I was able to find some place that was not being rained on. I don't mind the rains so much, but this stuff is cold rain, and one just gets so cold themselves when that happens... He agrees with you - Mannie has exited the pink floor, onto the yellow.

I'm glad you got out today. We had a bit of nice weather and I got some yard clean up done.
