I switched to an new vial of insulin last night since I thought maybe the donated pens were causing these never-ending stinky pinkies we've been experiencing lately. Apparently the pens weren't the issue after all. I'm really hoping there's nothing else going on. Ember is acting like her usual amazing-but-bratty self, so there's nothing obviously wrong, but I'm getting worried. She had blood work done last in May, so maybe I'll schedule her for a checkup if these high numbers continue.
