Yesterday - Day 12

Happy Sunday! These 14 days are flying by!! I can't believe tomorrow will be day 14 for my lime green boy! :D

I'm going to take him in to work (the vet) next week, and run an in-house BG, and send off for a full panel. Would anyone recommend a Fructosamine too? The send out labwork is no cost to me, so I thought I might do everything - just for the heck of it (and curiosity).

Whos ready to pawty? Iz hope you have all practiced your dancey moves cuz we're going to hit the dance floor! Iz polishing my dancing shoes right now...

I would do all of that, and a fructosamine just to compare your numbers to the lab, which I'm sure will be close enough because no insulin and he's doing awesome!

Sweet! That's what I was thinking - especially when $ isn't really an issue (the in-house one will be covered 100% by my pet insurance anyway). I'll check urine as well.
 
Good idea or getting a complete panel, seeing as it's a perk of the job, why not get the fructosamine?
