Good Morning LLers
Looks like the start of a fun day for us. glad I didn't have anything planned.
Breffis was a mix of LC & HC, hoping to stave off a big drop at +1.
Gave hc at +3 last nite, for fear I would sleep thru timer, because of sleep med. Woke anyway before timer, to get a test at 1am.

Hope someone somewhere, has a sunny day. :-D We have a little snow. Come on sunshine. :smile:

Don't ya just love it when your +2 is a 41. WOW - amazing numbers these days for Checkers - you must be very happy - tired, but happy! You are doing such a great job with him. Awesome!

Here we go again. Poor little kitty ears. Good thing he is good natured.
He cracks me up; when he hears the snapping of the strip container, he jumps up on testing table. I'm sure he anticipates gravy, now. :lol:

What? William Shatner? Overacts? - actually, I never knew that had been a book. I'm gonna look for it. My favorite books are almost always ruined when someone puts them on the screen.

Hope you have a good one going right now, looks like you are homebound for a bit with our boy here.

Snow?!? We have rain and its cooler, but only snow in the mountains. I hope Checkers will surf and not stress you out today, Barb.

Snow? I guess you got that porch done just in time! I saw some nasty mixed stuff on the radar west of us, hope it stays there...

You all, here at FDMB, have made such a difference in my attitude, I can't thank you enough. :smile:
I was chatting with DD, on phone at +2. I put her on speaker, so she could keep on talking, while I tested.
"oh crap" says I, and sqooshed out some gravy, all the while chatting with her.
There was a time, a mere couple weeks ago, when I freaked at a 50!
Then, I got so engrossed in composing a business letter, that +3 flew right on by. Yeah, bad mom.
The point is, you all have made this almost easy to deal with, with your calmness, compassion, and humor.

So, from the bottom of my heart, I thank all of you, who respond to posts...help with feeding and dosing, and just being here, for all of us.

Your BOS are well earned! It never becomes boring, but the panic subsides. We've all been there, now is the time to pass it along.

Chex did all the interesting stuff early this morning. He went from 89 to 135 in an hour. Not much difference, but I suspect the pieces of deli ham, may have had sugar in them. I'll ask next time I'm in the store.
I'm not sad that he is yellow again tonight. Bean has headache second day in row, and would like to sleep it off.
If he's safe at +3 I can feed and go to sleep until +6.
Off now to check pm condos.
