Hi Everyone,

It's been quite some time, since I found my way to Lantus Land. Since it's Saturday, I thought I'd give you a Maui update.

Simply put - she's doing great! She looks magnificent, is healthy, loves her foods (we know have a lovely buffet of homemade raw, canned FF, Stella & Chewy's freeze dried raw - served plain not wet and purebites chicken)!

Maui doesn't miss or care about dry food anymore. Her teeth are in good shape, she had a dental check up in July and passed!

Hey oldtimer. Good to see you and great report for Maui the Magnificent. The picture is fantastic. Hope everything else is well in your world. Stop by again soon. Nice to see an oldtimer.
 
Of course Maui looks magnificent in her photo. And I'm sure she looks equally magnificent "in person" ("in cat"). Nice to hear from you. Did you ever find Maui's little red wagon? Halloween will be here soon and the party will be a fine occasion for Maui's magnificent niptinis.

How great to have a Maui update - and of course she looks magnificent! it is so great to see an oldtimer! Hope all is well, sounds like ti sure is for Maui.
 
Yes, Maui's wagon mysteriously showed up after one of the OTJ parties! Or was it a moon party! I can't remember. But Maui came up pulling her wagon behind her. Now as to the condition of the little wagon...let's just say it needed a good cleaning and a new paint job.

Maui is doing well and while I'm not on Lantus Land much, I do spend my limited time on health and community, helping out the newbies.

I did test Maui the other week (for the first time in over a year) and she gave me a lovely 59!
 
Julie - you are absolutely right about her fur. When she was diagnosed -she was a mess. Her fur was dull, rough, falling out and dandruff like crazy!

Once on the regimen - her fur started to improve and has a luster to it that it didn't have before.

Maui also demands brushes. That was how she was rewarded for testing. She didn't care about food treats, she just wanted brushing. She gets brushed almost every day, when I brush my teeth, my free hand brushes Maui.

Maui is a poster cat that it is possible to make all the changes asked here - especially food.

What a gorgeous black kitty! My big guy Zener is also black and just starting to get a sheen back to his coat. Paws crossed he does as well as Maui! Congratulations on such a healthy and happy kitty!
 
Roving reporter bean!! Maui is looking good--Glad things are going well..Keep those low numbers there Miss Maui--Hugs from us!
