Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty's flat middle blue day yesterday seems to be still in the middle blues. It will be interesting to see where he goes today. He may just stay here: he seems to like it! Good night sleeping with his beans; good test; good shot; good breakfast (Wellness Chicken and Wellness Turkey combo plate); now a good nap in his little bed by the radiator. 41 degrees outside this morning, dark, gray, drizzle: a good day to chillax by the radiator.

I'm about to start the chicken paprikás that I'm bringing to the potluck supper tonight (it's one of those dishes that you cook early, let sit, and finish later). We'll go for a walk when it gets lighter and the weather improves. Tomorrow, weather permitting, we're going to lead the paddle we had to cancel last Monday. So we'll have to get the boats on the car before the potluck tonight, since it will be an early start tomorrow.

Wishing everyone a good Sunday and sending healing vines to all kitties and beans in need of some. Congrats to Muffin for making it back to the Falls!

Sounds like a purrfect Sunday Ella! Rusty surfing on the lovely blue, chicken paprika in the pot with that delicious aroma...
We do the stew same way too. I love to cook the stew a day before, reheat & eat the next day. More yummy! I had a chicken saute for dinner tonight too. Chicken, mushroom, tofu cubes plus a bit of the green chilli!

Nice blue Rusty! Hope the dinner goes well and the paddling tomorrow too! (I must admit that if it was 41 degrees here and rainy, going for a boat paddle tomorrow would NOT be on MY agenda Ella. I think I might be curling up next to Rusty by the radiator!!) LOLOLOL

Rusty is coming down nicely. Still raining outside.

Here's a pic of Rusty lounging on the radiator. This is the very same radiator that inspired the new hot hit performed by the Blue Mannie Group: "Rockin' on Rusty's Radiator".

love the pic. No wonder the kitties all love to come to Rusty's bad hang out on the radiators. Not only lots of heat, but outdoor views too. Perfect for deer family viewing. Mannie wants to know if he can come and do a warm up session for the BMG and Muffin's party. He says he needs radiator inspiration for is new hot hit: "Rockin' on Rusty's Radiator". :lol: :lol:

The chicken paprika's sound really good. And a potluck tonight! YAY! have fun. I am sure you all will.

I hope too that you will be able to go on your paddle tomorrow. paws crossed that the weather cooperates.

Rusty - you hanging out in the grotto today? Mannie went to the lagoon looking for you, but heard you were at the grotto. So off he went. Maybe both of you guys can head off to the lagoon together.

These boys. I think they both want the Blue Mannie Group to be officially in session for Muffin's party. Mannie has not returned to the greens wither - he is also intent upon maintaining that blue status.

Aww...so sweet with Rusty on the radiator heater. That is a big radiator. I was picturing something smaller. "Rockin' on Rusty's Radiator" is a hit! Maggie says she hears it playing on the radio.

I agree with Ann...I thought it was smaller too. Well hey...there's PLENTY of room for ME on that radiator too!

Love the pic :smile: Squishy Merlin loved to sit on the radiators, too. The radiators were at a perfect height just under the window sill. When the windows were open, Squishy would sit on the radiator and put his upper body onto the window sash and kind of in the window frame (double hung window type). I had to keep folded blankets on the radiator cover so Squishy wouldn't burn himself in the wintertime. The radiators would get really really HOT :shock:

Beautiful picture of Rusty on the radiator! It sounds like he's been having a nice time in the blues. Yum on the chicken paprikas! I grew up on that stuff along with many other Hungarian dishes Hope the potluck was fun!

Potluck was fine. There were so many dishes that we have some chicken paprikasch left for ourselves for another meal. Rain continues. We cancelled the paddle for tomorrow and hope to get it in on Thursday.
