Max was 253 at +3 and 281 at +5.5 so he quickly bounced from yesterday. Good appy this morning. My cleaning lady will be here this morning so I'm glad he already ate as he will hide while she is here. He's sitting in the room with me right now as I type.

Vines and prayers to all beans and kitties in need.

Hi Elise :-D . I'm sorry that Max has decided he had too many pokies and wanted to bounce today :? . Hopefully he will slide down, not too fast, and do a nice surf at a lower color, maybe a blue? I hope you guys have some nice snuggle time before the cleaning lady comes cat_pet_icon . Have a good one!

Hi Angela. Marta only comes every other week for about 3 hours and part of that is her eating breakfast. I clean along with her, and do the linens. She is getting on in years and has been with me since I moved into my condo and needed help so I could never let her go. She's like family. My friends all think I'm nuts but everyone here probably already knows that.

Thanks for visiting, Rachel. Max has not been into cuddling at all for a couple of months but at least he still rubs against me and is in the room with me instead of under the bed. :smile:

Call that a 299, and it's yellow! I hope Max comes down nicely today.

Billie has been spending more time under the bed too lately. Of course, I'm always peeking my head under to make sure she's okay...and sometimes shining my cell phone light if it's dark and I can't see her :roll: . One time, she was totally sprawled out on her back with her paws in the air doing some extreme napping, which makes me think she just likes it under there. I think it feels like a cave and is probably comforting.

Deanna, sometimes Max looks really comfortable under the bed as well. He's been in such a deep sleep lately that I started to wonder if he was losing his hearing but Marta said when she talked to him from a distance he looked at her so maybe not.

Nice bounce clearing for Max today. It sounds like under the bed may just be a spot Max likes to go to. Furball will go and lay under the bed sometimes.

Good question Elise..wish we had answers for days like these..maybe he went lower than the +7 84? and is bouncing already..I dunno..wish they could talk..well most days.. ;-) Hopefully its a blip and he will slide down, or if its a bounce it will clear again quickly

This big drop from +4.5 to +6 is strange. confused_cat I had to drag him out from under the bed to test and almost didn't do it. :roll:

If you get an answer from Max about why he was so high at PMPS, please let me know. Maybe then you could ask him why Cinco is so high today?! He's not telling me anything! :roll: :lol:

We have our bed on a waterbed pedestal with drawers underneath, so the cats can't get under there. Our guest room bed has so much stuff crammed under it they can't really get under there, either, but they try! I think some cats just like dark, enclosed places - they feel safer. Kisa used to sleep way back in a corner of my closet, and Sasha has been doing the same in Mark's closet lately. It's much easier to haul them out of there than from underneath a bed!

It doesn't look like Cinco is going to join Max tonight in the lagoon. I sure wish he would! So Max, you keep it safe, okay?

Tricia, I have wooden risers under the legs of my bed so that I can drag Max out. I actually got them when Tiffany got sick so I could get her out for vet visits after work. I never had much time to coax her out. The risers were a life saver for me. Before I found them I had to lock them out of my bedroom all day and Max learned how to open doors so I had to have a friend put locks on my doors for me.
