Good Morning all,

I add chicken broth to the food in order to reduce her quantative of food. It seems work. Now, I giving her total 5 cans (3 ozs FF classica) per day.
Still try to adjust the dosage for Jessica. Look like 6U a bit too little but 6.25U seems a bit too much.

Again, her hair looked more shinny and smooth than before. She is more energetic and alway asking for food.
I gave her a little bit boiled chicken beast but her stool turned to very soft immediatedly.
Looks like she can't digest solid food.

It's good to hear she is energetic! Just like a cat, to pick an odd number for insulin between two easier to measure ones :? I hope you can find the perfect dose for Jessica and that her fuds go down well and come out the other end in a better form than soft:)

Those high greens on Jessica when she got 6.25 units looked quite good. It would be great if you could get Jessica to spend more time overall in lower numbers. You could try a skinny 6.25 by squeezing out a drop after you've drawn up the 6.25. Good luck finding a dose that works.

I noticed on your SS that you went from 6U in the morning to 6.25U on the 19th and 20th. Lantus works best if you stick to the same dose.

Good news that her coat is better and she has more energy. She must be feeling better overall.

Thank you, Rachel and Wendy.

I went from 6.25U to 6U in the morning because I'm out for work and unavailabe to monitor her BG during the day time.
To make it save, I choose 6U instead of 6.25U, since I noticed 6.25U could make her BG level goes quite low.
Yes, I would try a skinny 6.25U.
Thanks
