Good morning!
Boomer ate all of his overnight fuds! Of course he may have had a bit of help from Allen this morning with the +9
Speaking of Allen.....does anyone else here have a cat that meows a certain way just before they throw up? A few minutes ago Allen started meowing in a different way and I urged him off of the carpet where he was sitting (why do they always puke on the carpet?). Sure enough it happened. I could never tell with my other cats.
Back to Boomer....testing at +3
Last night I woke up and Boomer immediately jumped up on the bed so I put my hand on him and he laid down. Eventually my arm got cold so I put it back under the covers. My eyes were closed and a minute later I felt something.....Boomer was giving me little kisses on my nose!:kiss::kiss: I put my hand back on him, he laid down again, a bit later I put my arm back under the covers and the same thing happened; he got up and gave me kisses:rolleyes: I guess that's his new way of telling me that he wants a cuddle :kiss::cat::bighug::cat:

I was telling DH the above this morning as we were having our first coffee (in bed) and he made kissing sounds at Boomer and asked for kisses.....Boomer had been sitting between us and immediately jumped over to the other side of me and laid down. Guess DH isn't getting kisses any time soon :D:D:D

And I have a photo for you today! A couple of days ago we went for a late afternoon drive. I had a specific destination in mind and when we finished there we went to Port Stanley which was close by and on Lake Erie. There were lots of clouds on the horizon by that time so we didn't think there would be a decent sunset however for a few minutes the sun poked through some clouds and produced some rays. I'm a big fan of sun rays (evident in the last two images I've posted). This image is called "Sunset at Port Stanley". Enjoy!

Ahhh Boomer, you such a sweet sweet boy :kiss: Doodles has never given kisses but long ago he would lay in bed and gently "pet" my face with is paw. That photo sure is breath taking Judy.

+3 110
Hmm funny how these high numbers are happening on the exact mornings when DH has filled Allen's kibble bowl. So I still think he may be spilling a couple of kibbles which Boomer is finding (of course).

How cute of Boomer. Not so cute he is giving DH the cold shoulder. My Tux pats my face, I think he's checking to make sure I'm there and then he flops at hubbies feet.

Ah that's cute! Boomer doesn't give DH the cold shoulder, he quite often comes up onto the couch when DH is here and "asks" for head scratches and tummy rubs. But no hugs or kisses, that's for sure. When I am about to give Boomer a wee kiss on his head, he turns his head slightly like he's presenting me with the right spot.:cat:

Oh, definitely on both counts!

Miss Sara says: "MMMROWWWW, MMMMrowwww, mmmmrowww, mmrowww...", always exactly 4 times, no lie, LOUD at first and softer with each one, and then she moves from whatever hardwood or vinyl flooring that she is sitting on over onto the carpet before she...redecorates it for me. She's 17 now, but in my younger days (and hers), I would try to bolt up as soon as I heard the first MMMROWWWW and throw a newspaper/magazine under her target zone. Now I just kind of wait and clean it up afterwards ;)

And no matter how much she has to puke, she always pukes exactly three times, moving about a foot forward each time. I also love that conversations like this are completely normal here :)

What a cutie Boomer is!

Best,
Sandi.[/QUOTE]

Sweet Boomer...silly boy!! Yep, my civvies Petey and Noah let out a very gutteral horrible sound right before they barf, but none of the others do that.

Gorgeous photo (as usual!)
