Are you planning to increase soon? With TR you can increase every 6 cycles until you start to see some better numbers.

Inflammation going down will not make that big a difference. I would increase. Yoshi has lots of room for his numbers to come down. A different story if you were seeing occasional greens, though I always let Neko tell me if a dose was too high. Yoshi has been above renal threshold for far too long.

I literally could just burst into tears. 5 units of insulin while I’m at work all day terrifies me. He did have some yellows a couple of days ago.

I don’t know what to do. I think I will cry actually. I was so stressed w the dental and now I can’t wait to see if he improves without increasing?

:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: There is a slight improvement though! But it's not flagrant yet.
I know how you feel about giving a higher dose and going to wrk, worrying all day :( I used to cry all the time, for the first 2 months. I promise it gets better. You'll find some peace eventually.
Now, I leave food, a buffet actually, and I have the camera, just in case. It eases my mind (a little), to know that if he goes low (which I think BTW does not happen), he'll had enough food until I get home.
