Good Morning LL!

Enjoyed sleeping in this morning, I'll move shot time back a half hour tonight to be back on schedule. Muffin is eating breffis #1 but no P's present so far that I know of, and no stories to tell. Another boring post from us :lol:

Anne...what a delight these numbers have to be for you and Muffin and she is eating well!! How much longer on the pred? I agree that, from my scant knowledge, your SS looks TEXTBOOK!!! All newbies should see what is attainable with hard work like yours!

Marjorie - her last dose will be Sunday night.

I have to be out of the house early Monday morning (6:15) and will not be here to give her a shot. So I'm thinking, if she keeps doing what she's doing from now until then, that I'll start a trial on Monday? Thoughts?

I have no thoughts about a trial but I think Muffin sure is looking great I am sure others will be here later to give opinions wish you the best if you decide to go for it :mrgreen:

gee, anne. i'm not so sure i agree. if a kitty is able to maintain her numbers, *usually* the last dose is held for 7 days.
if muffin maintains these FANTABULOUS numbers... i'd give her the last dose on Saturday night. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Powder and I can't give any advice but we want to offer our admiration on such gorgeous greens :mrgreen: You give the rest of us so much hope for our kitties that some day we'll see those beautiful greens inserted across our SS. Think the thoughts you should dare to think. Give them life so they can flourish. Muffin and you deserve it. In the mean time keep breathing and smiling. We're all pulling for you in LL.

Jill - the "last dose" I was referring to is prednisone. I'm wary to start a trial with her still having to take pred, because although I'm seeing VERY little difference on the nights she takes it, I don't want anything to sabotage her trial. She's takes the pred every other night now, and the last one is sunday night. But it sounds like you're giving the go-ahead!

Marjorie - yep the pred does seem to make her numbers a tad bit higher - looks to me like the nights she takes it she's in the 70's-80's and when she doesn't she's in the 60's-70's. So not making a huge difference, and she's probably ok on her own with it, but, why throw something unnecessary in the mix? That's my thinking.

pmps 71 And I miscounted her pred - there's only one more, so last dose of that will be Friday night, and we CAN start the trial on Sunday! Woo Hoo!

MJ - uhh..yeah, I'm with Marjorie...I don't get it either :oops:
