WCR he is a bit restless this morning but all P's are in place I have to get braces on my top teeth today so I am dreading this my boys and I all went thru braces back in the 90's and I had not been wearing my retainer as I should so for the last 7 months or so The Orthodontists was working to try to get them to move back with my retainer but it was not working and he is almost like family since we saw him and his group weekly for almost 10 yrs well he offered to fix them for free and at first I still did not want it since well I am 48 and the thought of braces again is to me just UGHHH :evil: hate them but he seems to think I will not be in them long just to fix my top teeth so I hope he is right. Hoping Do Lou is good while I am out since no one is home today will visit condos later ~O) ~O)

Well, I wish I had known..i could have been nagging the daylights out of you all this time.
I know how to nag about retainers!!! Believe ME!!!

What are we doing to DO with YOU????
After the braces come off, you WILL wear that retainer each and every day...is that Clear? Crystal clear????

uh oh! I would definitely listen to pat and wear that retainer next time :lol: Anyways, do lou is giving you some nice numbers this morning so I hope he just surfs the day away for you ... good luck at the dentists!

I think Do Lou is giving you the all clear to go out and get things taken care of. Lord, I remember my retainer! I hated it! I've got a feeling they are a lot more user friendly these days.

Are you getting the clear braces or the metal ones? Hope you're not in them for long.

Braces... I got them too.. I have the clear ones (Invisalign)... I guess I'll be wearing my retainers when I'm done... ;-) not doing this again!! Good luck!!

Nice amps for Do Lou today, but I'm glad he's not too low for your dental appt. I hope that goes well. I had them years and years ago when I was a kid and I hated them. But its really nice that your dentist is doing it for free. I guess after reading Pat's message, you'll wear your retainer. :lol:

:lol: :lol: LOL Pat yeah I know I wore it off and on more off :lol: so here is my punishment having to wear braces on my top teeth again and yes I WILL be wearing my retainer after this thats for sure and no they are not clear just regular braces you cannot be picky when the Dr is doing for free anyway had to stop by work on way home to pick up some supplies since I have been off ever since the kittens were born my Boss asked how they were since honestly I had hoped to return to work by now sigh..... good thing I work for really understanding people. But everyone noticed the braces of course since I had just gotten my braces off when I started there (16 yrs ago) so they had no idea really I had been in them before

Yeah, I wouldn't tell Pat if I weren't wearing my retainer. I can see it in the daily condo now...RETAINER CHECK!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Nice numbers for Do Lou! You are fortunate to have such an understanding boss, I hope those kittens keep eating and growing!

And ssshhh, don't tell Pat, but I didn't wear my retainer much either! Thankfully my teeth didn't seem to need it because they've only moved slightly in the past 25 years since I got them off. :-D <---that's what my teeth look like and what yours will look like again when you're done Lisa! :)

Lisa!!! I have to echo Pat's sentiments YOU DIDN'T WEAR YOUR RETAINER!!! At least they have all kinds of new braces now so they aren't like those
metal ones my sister had to wear...oh how I loved to torment her about that but what are sis's for :lol: :lol: Do you have to do the rubberbands, too?

DL is looking great today!!! Hope he's feeling goooodddd!
 
Marjorie I have the metal no rubber bands yet but little tiny bands they put on the brackets well I have orange and purple of those :lol:

hey..lisa!!! we're the same age! (well, physically...obviously y'all are aware that my mental age is single digit)
good luck on the braces...

you do realize that in the future, when the new braces come off...you'll be posting a wcr and a brr (bean retainer rpt) ? :lol:
