Good day!
Tina had a beautiful low cycle yesterday, with 106 bookends, and I did feed extra snacks to keep her surfing safely. It would be fun to have a do-over of yesterday, or even a reduction request today. But, it's all up to Tina Marie. The only seasonal change I've seen is possibly increased hunger. What I love, is that Tina asks for food when she is feeling lower.

I scheduled my second eye for cataract removal for Oct. 11 and I'm quite excited. It's only 2 weeks after the first, yippee!

All good wishes sent - another 95 degree day here. However, by Monday, a high of 78 is possible, with rain. Haven't seen rain in a very long time!

Tina is looking great as usual, she really knows what she is doing. Hey Tina, please grab Yoyo's paw and have him follow you into the shallow part of the lagoon, show him how a pro does it :D....and great news Jan on the 2nd eye appointment. You're gonna be a new woman.... here's to another successful surgery:bighug:

Yeah, Jan , we are going to share the same cool front coming thru tomorrow( I’m in SW corner of Missouri) . We are sick of 90s too. Bring on Fall and changing leaves !!! Happy day to you and Miss Tina Marie :bighug:

What a great cycle yesterday for Tina! I hope she can head down and surf safely for you again today! My buddy Lou does the same thing. He will come and wake us up or gets our attention whenever he goes low. It does help alleviate some tension this dance can cause, worrying about low numbers.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I can only imagine how great it will be to have them both done! I'm jealous of your temps! We're in the 40s-50s right now, gearing into winter. Ugh. :p

Tina is just trying to make me look good, for now anyway! I think she already found Yoyo, and they are making some kind of plans for the day. I'll keep a watch on our kit cats! Debra, I was so happy to see such a better, "normal" start for your boy today.
I was so happy to get on the schedule for next Friday! I am not even wearing glasses, and it will be so awesome to have two good eyes instead of one:)

Thank you Amanda! I love your picture of Lou, just precious. That is so nice that Lou actually wakes you, if low. I wish I could count on that at night too. I'm lucky, in that she usually goes lower during the day, instead of night.
I'd love to trade weather for a couple days!! Even during winter, our lowest average high temp is 51 in January. I look forward to long pants and sleeves again!

Beth, I lived in KC for several years in the 90s. I truly loved the seasons there - like 4 actual seasons! We may be going to KC for Thanksgiving, and if we do, I'll be waving at you and Elmo as we pass semi close to you guys! If I use my imagination, I see a few changing leaves now.

Great start Tina! You know what to do today :D

Awesome that you got booked in for your other eye so soon. It will be really nice for you to have your vision fully back again!

Tina is doing just awesome!!! Hope all goes well with cataract removal, I have just the start of them
Have a great day Jan
Jamie - keeping toes crossed for Tina to keep at it.
My eye doc first told me about the cataracts 2 years ago. Both he, and another doctor told me that people have been taking care of them sooner "these days" instead of letting them get worse for so long. Now that I can see colors brilliantly again (and pure white), I'm glad I didn't wait another year.
I really do love your new Abby tattoo.

When he said that I was in a panic:eek: but he said no worries on a scale from 1 to 10 I was a .5, barely even there so I was glad for that!! They just called and said my new lens are there so going as soon as I can to get them, they have to cut them down to fit my frames

New lenses are great! I hope you can see better. On that scale, I was a 2+, so wear sunshades and protect those eyes!
