Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty is lookin' good this morning--yay for a pretty normal AMPS! Now, if the rest of the cycle will get back to normal we'll be very happy. Rusty won't be tested again until around +9, because the beans are going canoeing (the trip that was supposed to have been yesterday). He'll have food in his automat and his little bed by the nice, warm radiator. Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. He had a good shot, a turkey-combo breakfast (half Wellness, half BG), and a good shot. He's chillaxin' right now.

Today started out with a smattering of sun, but the clouds returned and now we have drizzle (it wasn't supposed to rain until this afternoon). But we're canoeing anyway. You never really know how a day will turn out when it is so early in the morning. We'll be paddling on Rainbow Lake. Maybe we'll see a rainbow!

Nice AMPS Rusty! That is much better. Sleeping by the warm radiator sounds like a great plan. Enjoy your canoe today. I hope the weather eases up a little. Have a great day Ella!

Canoeing? Is it cold on the water? I suppose you would need a wind breaker or some warm clothes, Ella?

It is so nice to see Rusty back with a great amps. Well done! I hope he has a good day.

I concur! One never knows what a day will bring when one starts out early. Happens alot when I hike. It may be foggy or a little damp, but often the day ends up being a great one. I hope your paddle is good, the rains subside, and that you will see that rainbow. Have FUN!

Rusty... your radiator is ON? You gots WARM???? Can I come and share some of that warm? My bean still won't turn on the warm... shesshhh! ~ Mannie

Hi again, everyone,

Wow, talk about FLAT! Must be the weather.

Our paddle was beautiful, even though it rained a lot. It looked OK when we started, but gradually got worse and worse. We were lucky that we could eat our lunch at the camp of the brother of one of our group, so at least we kept our sandwiches dry. We did about 10 miles and the last 3 or 4 were in pretty heavy, cold rain (air temperature was in the upper 40s). But even the rain was beautiful in its own way. The autumn color shines on dark days. We were never cold because we wore warm things under our raingear. Rusty was very happy to see us when we got home. I took him outside during a lull in the rain and some squirrels were out, gathering food, so he was happy to hunt, even though they were too far away to sneak up on.

Rusty enjoyed a dinner of Wellness Chicken and had a good PMPS shot and is now sleeping in his basket. It will be interesting to see where the flat blue cycle leads us.

Sounds like you had a beautiful day in the rain :-D It must have been so lovely and serene.
Perhaps Rusty has a plan of action for tonight or tomorrow?! I'm glad he granted you permission to enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.

Flat is good--You know that next cycle may get some good action...Nice to see pretty blue for Rusty!
Moonie was flat today too & blue!!
Sorry you didnt get sun today, but the colors must be beautiful--My favorite thing is to see the autumn leaves--takes my breath away!! Before Moonie was dx'd we always went away the weekend of the peak leaves--
Oh well we get some very pretties here too--Have a good night--Love & many Hugs from us!

Nice flat blue surf for Rusty today. Maybe that means you'll see some green tomorrow. Thanks for pointing out in Furball's condo yesterday that the cycle count starts over with a fur shot.
 
Hi again,
This has been a good day for Rusty. Fingers and paws crossed for a continuance along this path. His PMPS +4.5 number is a normal number for him at this time of night.

Everyone have a good evening. We're aiming for 6 full hours of sleep tonight!!
